Taco Bell - Murphysboro

I have been to this location twice. The first time, all I wanted was some basic tacos. They cheerfully informed me that they didn't have any ground beef thawed but if I wanted to sit at the drive-thru and wait 20-30 minutes they would probably have somethen. Probably. I opted not to wait, thanked them for their time, and drove off. In a moment of hubris, I just went back todaybecause I wanted nacho fries and did not want to drive the distance to the location in Carbondale. While my order was accurate,the cheese sauce for the nacho fries was more yellow-grey than orange, and the burrito I ordered smelled noticeably strange. Assoon as I pulled it from the bag, a funky smell wafted out I can only describe as yeasty feet. Since it has been months sinceI'd had taco bell I assumed they'd just changed a recipe or something and attempted to eat it anyway. Big mistake. I got through75% of the nacho fries and 3 bites of the burrito when a wave of nausea hit, my guts clenched, and I knew I had made a hugemistake. It is hours later. I still feel sick. Do. Not. Go. Here.

Don?t waste your drive! They wouldn?t even serve us. Closed at a 6pm (maybe sooner) on a Thursday?. What happened to 11?? Probably sitting inside doing nothing and raking in their check. I?ll be trying to contact corporate.

This place has gone completely down the toilet. Probably the new owner. Food always tastes like it was made weeks ago. They could make it fresh and it still tastes like dirt and that's if you're lucky enough to get your order. Last time I was here Igot moldy softshells and didn't get my half my order and waited around 20-25 minutes for new food and got the wrong order (likehow?? and I was the only person in the drive thru. Only this location.

Order chicken power bowl had very little chicken and less of all other ingredients , was not worth the cost Also order chicken tacos, the shells had not been warmed and the chicken tasted like dirty grease and again very small amount of chicken.

I specifically said no tomatoes with each item I ordered, the employee gets saucy with me and says that doesn't come with tomatoes. I said I'm just making sure. I get home and there's freaking tomatoes on my food!!!
