She didn’t use any polite phrases like “excuse me” or “pardon me.” When we explained that we were waiting for our reserved table, she informed us that they had assumed we would be dining outside. Given that it was 94 degrees at the time and we had several guests over 70 in our group, this wasn’t an acceptable option for us. When we pointed out that the website didn’t allow us to choose between indoor or outdoor seating, her response was blunt: “that’s not my problem.” Once again, I want to emphasize that the food was good and our serving staff was attentive, but our initial encounter with this rude employee, who handled the outdoor seating, left a negative impression on our entire evening.

I started with the Nugget Bread appetizer and then had the Asian fried chicken, which was absolutely delightful. For dessert, I indulged in the chocolate peanut butter cake, and it was heavenly! Gabby was incredibly helpful and attentive to all our dining needs.
