When the waitress finally showed up, she explained that she hadn’t been informed that we were seated in her section. On the positive side, the service from the waitress and the quality of the food were both good. However, the hostess's attitude left much to be desired; she appeared quite disorganized, flipping through several pages of her notepad trying to keep track of who was waiting for a table, and she was frequently shouting to other staff members across the restaurant.

The dr... read more I visited the restaurant for dinner last night. The service was a bit slow due to the crowd, but I have to commend the waitresses—they were working hard. The drinks were enjoyable, and the garlic bread and arancini were fantastic. However, we did have one issue: we ordered a steak cooked medium rare and a burger medium, but both were overcooked to the point that the steak was inedible. On the bright side, the waitress was very friendly and pleasant.

She didn’t use any polite phrases like “excuse me” or “pardon me.” When we explained that we were waiting for our reserved table, she informed us that they had assumed we would be dining outside. Given that it was 94 degrees at the time and we had several guests over 70 in our group, this wasn’t an acceptable option for us. When we pointed out that the website didn’t allow us to choose between indoor or outdoor seating, her response was blunt: “that’s not my problem.” Once again, I want to emphasize that the food was good and our serving staff was attentive, but our initial encounter with this rude employee, who handled the outdoor seating, left a negative impression on our entire evening.
