What Alex doesn't like about Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings:
Slow service and cold fries (as usual) I've actually never received hot fries from any Zaxby's, even if I request no salt. Also, the older gray haired man with glasses should not be customer facing! He is very rude to customers and makes the visit even more undesirable. View all feedback.

Drive through clerk was very friendly and efficient. She knew the menu well and made suggestions which was unusual. The pickup window clerk was also very friendly and offered our dog a treat. That has never happened before. Great service to whoever has made some changes. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
