Their menu has minimized s... read more The don't have the flaming hot cool ranch taco or the cantina chicken taco and that's what I wanted. They are both STILL on the menu. Their menu has minimized so much over the past couple of years it's less than exciting. Asked for a chicken quesarito and got beef. Honestly for the time spent ordering things they didn't have anymore and the mistake on my order...should give less stars, but the guy was nice at the drive thru window!

The manager was rude and took my order before I even had a chance to place it, then proceeded to break it. When I went to get a cup, the manager started yelling and threatening to call the police. After waiting for half an hour, I simply asked how much longer it would be, and she rudely told me to stop complaining. After 40 minutes, I asked for a refund and she ignored me. Finally, after an hour, I received my order with no apology or explanation. It seems like the customer service has really gone downhill here. I hope they make some changes because it was a terrible experience.

I paid, received my receipt from... read more This was a bit of a chaotic experience, to be honest. I placed my order at 7:50 and received it at 7:55 inside the restaurant. I paid, received my receipt from a blonde cashier, and my change was placed on the table in a messy manner. By 7:57, I was still waiting for my food, despite there being around 5-6 employees working and no cars in the drive-thru. It took 25 minutes to receive 4 tacos, which is not up to par with my usual Taco Bell experience. I recommend trying the other location down the street, as it is both better and faster. It seems like the staff here are mostly high schoolers, which may explain some of the issues, but there is certainly room for improvement. Manager, please address these issues!

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS TACO BELL. We went in and they said they didn’t wanna serve us which was the first red flag, so we ordered on the kiosk (the ordering mach... read more NEVER EVER GO TO THIS TACO BELL. We went in and they said they didn’t wanna serve us which was the first red flag, so we ordered on the kiosk (the ordering machine) we payed credit on the kiosk. We waited 40 minutes inside and they still haven’t served us. Suddenly they said “Please get out and go to the drive thru” so we did. We waited there for so long and when we finally got to the window the server had the audacity to say “why are you here???” And it was in a disrespectful tone. We asked for our orders and then we found out that they didn’t even make our order even tho we ordered it 1-2 hours ago and they said “I don’t have the right to serve you anyway” and locked the window . As I said we paid on the kiosk with card. So we left the Taco Bell without our food AND our money. And they also refused to give us a refund when we asked for one. They also started recording us for no reason when they were the ones being disrespectful. we just wanted our food but in the end of the day we left with no food and lost our money.
