Their menu has minimized s... read more The don't have the flaming hot cool ranch taco or the cantina chicken taco and that's what I wanted. They are both STILL on the menu. Their menu has minimized so much over the past couple of years it's less than exciting. Asked for a chicken quesarito and got beef. Honestly for the time spent ordering things they didn't have anymore and the mistake on my order...should give less stars, but the guy was nice at the drive thru window!

The manager was rude and took my order before I even had a chance to place it, then proceeded to break it. When I went to get a cup, the manager started yelling and threatening to call the police. After waiting for half an hour, I simply asked how much longer it would be, and she rudely told me to stop complaining. After 40 minutes, I asked for a refund and she ignored me. Finally, after an hour, I received my order with no apology or explanation. It seems like the customer service has really gone downhill here. I hope they make some changes because it was a terrible experience.

I paid, received my receipt from... read more This was a bit of a chaotic experience, to be honest. I placed my order at 7:50 and received it at 7:55 inside the restaurant. I paid, received my receipt from a blonde cashier, and my change was placed on the table in a messy manner. By 7:57, I was still waiting for my food, despite there being around 5-6 employees working and no cars in the drive-thru. It took 25 minutes to receive 4 tacos, which is not up to par with my usual Taco Bell experience. I recommend trying the other location down the street, as it is both better and faster. It seems like the staff here are mostly high schoolers, which may explain some of the issues, but there is certainly room for improvement. Manager, please address these issues!

I placed my dinner order for pick-up at the restaurant around 5:30 pm. By 6 pm, they called me to say they were out of all non-alcoholic drinks except Pepsi. We... read more I placed my dinner order for pick-up at the restaurant around 5:30 pm. By 6 pm, they called me to say they were out of all non-alcoholic drinks except Pepsi. We sorted that out, and they called me again at 7:30 pm to inform me they had lost my order. When I asked to speak to a manager, it took three employees before I could reach one. I had to pick up my food in person. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a fast food restaurant.
