The drive-thru wait times on weekday afternoons are unacceptable. The shift manager needs to ensure that lines move within 10-15 minutes during non-peak hours to maintain consistency. Today, at 2:30 pm, there were only 2 cars ahead of me and I waited 12 minutes before moving forward.

I didn't request any ice, but my drinks came with extra ice. The sticker clearly said "no ice," so I'm not sure how they got it wrong. Additionally, the drinks were dripping with sweet cream cold foam, making my hands sticky.

Personally my favorite starbucks to go to : the staff are so kind and friendly, the drinks are always perfect and i have never had a problem with waiting too long in the drive thru!!

In terms of experience just okay if not slightly subpar compared to other locations. The drive thru lines can get long and congested, and block the entrance and exit of cars that park and go inside.
