I recently visited the Murphy location for the first time and was surprised by how busy it was. My order took longer than I expected, so my advice would be to be patient and prepared to wait if you plan on visiting. Despite the wait, the food was delicious as usual!
I placed an order online through the app, but when I arrived to pick it up, the app was not working. I had to wait for a worker to assist me after they finished helping another customer. Once I finally received my food and checked my order, I realized that the burger was completely different from what I had customized on the app. The final product did not match what was shown on the app.
I have been a resident of Murphy for 23 years and have always enjoyed this Sonic since its opening. However, in recent years, the quality has significantly declined. The food is below average, the service is slow, the drive-thru is often out of order, and the electronic consoles sometimes malfunction. Yesterday, I tried to use a $25 and a $50 Sonic gift card with my kids, but the carhop insisted that neither worked, even though they were new and given to my daughter for her birthday the day before. This lack of training and poor service is unacceptable. The franchise owner should consider selling the restaurant to someone who values the customers in Murphy. That's all I have to say.
Every time I come to this sonic the food is gross. Even if you tell them to make it fresh they Will not do so. The manager is also very rude, he needs to be replaced.
