Food was medicore at best. No refills. Waitress did not check back on us. Tip (18% was added automatically which is not stated on the menu. We were 4 adults, a teen and a kid. The service was not worth it even though I would have given her 15% for her average service. Apparently they count 6 people including kids to force through their tip. The manager Josh refused to reverse the charge and told me they CAN automatically charge tips for 6 people even if the service stinks. Pushy arrogant.
I visited Scrambler after it was recommended to me. It was on a Sunday, so there was a small wait. The staff was very kind and helpful. The food was good, although my partner and I both had lukewarm food, which became cold halfway through the meal. It was a very busy Sunday, so I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 3. I'm sure most days the food would be hot at the table. All around, it is a good place to get breakfast.
Delicious food with a wide variety of menu options. I had a hard time deciding what to order because I wanted to order everything!The staff was very kind, welcoming, and friendly. The service was fast. There are plenty of seating options. The restaurant is wheelchair and handicap accessible. We just left because Noone came to our table to ask us if we needed anything to drink or give us silverware yet two other white folks came in and got immediate setvice and we was there before they was your workers need to be more courteous and they do more talking ans making excuses than serving certain
