I have been giving this restaurant multiple chances, but my experience at this Dunkin location has been consistently disappointing. I come here weekly for coffee and a sandwich, but the service is incredibly slow. Despite placing a mobile order at 8:30am, I am still waiting in the drive-thru line, which is not moving. Each time I visit, there is a different person taking my order or giving me my food. While I enjoy their coffee, the long wait times make it hard to justify coming back. If you are looking for a quick stop on a weekday morning, I would recommend avoiding this Dunkin unless you have at least 20 minutes to spare.
I have been a regular at this restaurant for over a year, maybe even four, I haven't really been keeping track. Every morning, I look forward to my breakfast there, especially their hot chocolate frosted donuts at 6:00 a.m. However, recently there have been some changes in the staff that have not been positive. Every time I visit the restaurant now, I feel like the cleanliness and service have been declining. The employees, including the managers and workers, seem disrespectful towards me. I feel like I am being judged just for walking in. It has gotten to the point where I make a prayer before entering the restaurant, hoping for a pleasant experience. I would only recommend this place if you have a strong desire to have a terrible dining experience. It's not a place I would wish upon even my worst enemy.
Made an online order! I chose to pick up at the drive through and as we got close, the shop was VERY popular and busy, got down and entered the shop rather than at the drive through hence the line didn’t move for a solid 10+ minutes. Ratings only based on this takeout/online order and the fact that they didn’t have butter pecan ?. My iced coffee could’ve used more milk but I didn’t make it and people aren’t mind readers lol all else went well! Got the everything bagel sandwich that tasted good! Could use some sort of sauce or something but it was a great price.Dietary restrictions: Non-Dairy milk alternatives
