I have had nothing but good experiences here. I've ordered nearly 10 dozen donuts for schools on multiple occasions, and they have been amazing getting them ready as soon as they open. The staff here has always been very nice and helpful. It is always clean and stocked when I go in. I really love Dunkin! What L C doesn't like about Dunkin':
I have been giving this restaurant multiple chances, but my experience at this Dunkin location has been consistently disappointing. I come here weekly for coffee and a sandwich, but the service is incredibly slow. Despite placing a mobile order at 8:30am, I am still waiting in the drive-thru line, which is not moving. Shout to dalton who made my cappuccino. it is literally half empty and not so much tasting. he could not even be harassed to fill the ice cream with more ice to fill the line. for customers just stay on the donuts because obviously coffee is not their thing.
I LOVE THIS DUNKIN!!! The staff is amazing and they’re really what makes this the best Dunkin in the Dallas area. And yes……I have been to most other DD’s in town. I’m not proud of that fact but it’s true. ? I’m a regular here and I’ll keep coming back for the great coffee, the amazing deals I get on the app and THE STAFF!!!
Dine in was closed due to CV19. Drive thru was very fast and the attendant was friendly. Highly recommend.
This location is hit or miss... usually a miss...but if u take your cold, or just completely messed up coffee back to the location they will fix it. The problem is that it happens too often. 80% of the time my coffee is either wrong or cold.
His place is really a mess. I made my order on the app for pick up. I got the order missing few items. I realized that when I was home. I also ordered a sandwich on the app and it was not ready when I arrived. I told the manager and it looks like nobody even looked at the order list nor realized it has been ordered. It is sad when you have kids responsible for stuff like this.
