Lobby not open, every time I'm in this town, I have a bad experience here. Lose the mask already!
Worst Dunkin? I have ever been to. We stopped here on a long drive and the donuts were stale and the pumpkin iced coffee didn?t have any pumpkin flavoring and tasted severely watered down. It?s safe to say I won?t come back here.
They always have quick service no matter how long the line. Service and quality has gone down. I never go here anymore because you never know if you will get what you ordered. I'm not sure if that's because of the staff or because the freeze and ship inthe donuts now.
Got 2 drinks they were both correctly made even though I had a special request for mine. They were delicious. The employees seemed nice and didn't try to rush us even though they had a line around the building. It took some time to get through but whatdo you expect when there's that big of a line?
We stopped in to Duncan doughnuts for a coffee on our travels . I commented the coffee tasted like grounds. As my husband got to the last of his .he ended up with a mouthful of grounds. Omg and not just a little bit. Whoever poured that coffee had to haveknown and corrected it

Not a Dunkin fan... I keep trying but the donuts are stale and they do not serve ice cream through drive through. Why have it on the menu if you're not going to serve it.
The last time I was here the donuts was a small dollop of filling on the side of the donut . I decided to go less than a mile down the road to crafed dough. Omg I'm hooked . The filling in them are full and fresh makes this place look cheep . Crafted dough is down town murphy look them up I promise you that you will not be disappointed. I also want to mention I have nothing to do about crafted dough in any way I just want you to know how much your missing .
I visit this place frequently and usually order ahead with the app to skip the wait. However, for the second time this week, they left my completed order behind the counter where I couldn't reach it. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes, watching my food get cold and my drink melt before they finally decided to put my order in the black pickup box for me to grab. I dislike leaving negative reviews and understand that mistakes can happen, but this seems to be a recurring issue for them. I will likely return and give them another chance.

I ordered two drinks, and both were prepared perfectly, even with my special request. They were tasty and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and didn’t rush us, despite the long line that wrapped around the building. It did take a while to get through, but that’s to be expected with such a crowd.
The restaurant offers a diverse selection of products and coffee, though it can be a bit on the expensive side.
I only had a craving for coffee, but I would have bought 3 pounds for $20 if I didn’t already have 2 pounds at home! I also got a new to-go tumbler, which is much better than replacing the cheap ones.
