Chick-fil-a - Murphy

My last orders from this place were not great. there are small things like not to give the nuts for the cale crunchy salad or forget a whole product, give me 10 nuggets when I ordered a 12 pack. also in the last time, the drive-tru line seems to be completely unorganized. not sure what's going on, but I'm not impressed and I'm not sure I'm going back.

I can't get enough of the excellent service and the staff's willingness to go above and beyond. Every "thank you" is met with genuine joy. Even if the drive-thru lines are long, I am more than willing to wait for the exceptional service Chick-fil-A provides. No other fast food restaurant compares. Period.

Although the food is always fantastic, the long lines at this restaurant need to be addressed. The staff should be more proactive in helping customers move away from the counter after they have received their orders. Additionally, an employee should be directing vehicles into organized lines for placing orders. Some people are refusing to cooperate and it's causing chaos.

While eating is in order, this two g is always extremely busy and seems underoccupied. the drive thru takes forever, service inside takes even longer and they choose to keep the children's playground closed. I thought that was a chain, and I saw other guys who opened their play area. what a shame. I think I have to take my business somewhere. I really wish they opened their play area. Edit: 5 days later, the game area is still closed, and not even an answer from the administration. I found 5 other two in other cities near that the play area is open. they clearly don't care about their customers.

Probably the most lame Chick-fil-A, which sucks because this is the closest one I live by. Chick-fil-A is known to move lines like no tomorrow but this one has lines that move like dewdewCustomer service is ran by pot head PESH/Wylie High students so I’m not surprised.A bunch of NPCs working for that future desk job but not trying to be the best at any current job.
