Even if the drive-thru lines are long, I am more than willing to wait for the exceptional service Chick-fil-A provides. No other fast food restaurant compares. Period.

The staff should be more proactive in helping customers move away from the counter after they have received their orders. Additionally, an employee should be directing vehicles into organized lines for placing orders. Some people are refusing to cooperate and it's causing chaos.

It's great to have this restaurant in the area, but I wish they would offer the full menu.
