The restaurant has good service and a nice interior, making it a bit of a hidden gem. I ordered an Alaskan roll and a tempura shrimp roll, both of which were very tasty and presented beautifully. I typically order the same thing when trying a new sushi restaurant, and I must say that their version of the Alaskan roll was phenomenal and had just the right amount of spice. My only complaint is that the portion size was... View all feedback.
What Diana S doesn't like about Sushin:
The service struggle to keep up was just an understatement. The quality of the foods just wasn't up to par this time around. It's been over a year since I had come here to eat. The kalbi ribs was a bit too salty for 5 pieces of meat costing $25. Comes with a side of steam rice, salad and soup. Over priced and not so great. Sushi was nothing spectacular that stood out to rush back and eat here anytime soon. View all feedback.

It's always a treat when we come here. The staff is super friendly and so their best as they are short staffed. The portion is fair and the sushi is always so good.
Family owned and operated. They really make you feel at home while serving good food. One of the best in the Mboro area
In town for work at the nearby Air Force base for a few weeks. Was feeling like Sushi and looked up what was in the area and randomly picked this spot. I travel 3 weeks of every month across the entire country, so I eat out a lot. Hotel restaurants have gone downhill since the pandemic. SUSHIN has amazing food. I got there right after they opened. Started with the seaweed salad Bonito flakes and gyoza. A hot cup of green tea and Ramune soda. Excellent. The main sushi platter was the lobster roll and the sunshine roll. Wow, blew me away, and I have eaten sushi all over the U.S. and Japan. I like the decorations in the restaurant as well, which makes me feel like I'm back in Okinawa. Will be back this weekend to try something else. The service was excellent.
Whether it's a special occasion, a rough week, or a nostalgia fix we can never go wrong at Sushin The first sushi restaurant to ever open in Murfreesboro in 1997. We love the traditional ambience. Mr. and Mrs. Park are always so friendly and accommodating not to mention the freshest sushi around.
