I went in at 1 PM to grab some lunch while I was at work. However, they told me they were closed, even though the sign said they closed at 9:30 PM. I won't be returning. There's a Burger King across the street instead.

We were charged for items we didn’t order, and when we asked for a refund, they claimed they couldn’t give us cash because we had paid with a card. To process the refund, they would need to void the original transaction and reprocess it, which would take five business days to reflect on my account. The customer service was terrible—absolutely terrible!

I stopped by to pick up some subs for lunch for myself and my family. I ordered three footlong subs for $17.99 and used a coupon that didn’t mention any restrictions on the types of subs. However, the employee told me I couldn’t use my coupon because two of my subs were steak and cheese; it was only valid for ham and turkey subs. Why wasn’t this explained to me upfront? Because of this experience, I've decided not to return to Subway, and my husband, who works just five minutes away, feels the same way. If he hadn’t needed lunch, that employee would have been stuck with those subs. I’m really disappointed, Subway; you need to improve your communication with your franchises. If these issues are frequent, it might be better not to accept coupons at all. Step it up, Subway—this level of service could cost you customers!
