Again, he and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was great as well.

Unfortunately, they never brought out the food. We ended up having to go inside or go through the drive-thru again, only to find that the food was just sitting there. To make matters worse, this time they didn't even apologize. They really need to reevaluate their standard operating procedures.
