Little Caesars Pizza - Murfreesboro

I showed up around 8pm and there were multiple employees hanging out at the counter, but the door was locked and they told me they didn?t have the staff to make any more pizzas. This is just a pitiful as wingstop lol. I won?t be back

I go to this little caesers all the time since it?s the closest to my home, the service is always great the workers always seem friendly even when it?s a super busy night. typically the pizzas are hot ready, sometimes it?s a 10 to 15 minute wait but only when they?re packed ! even then my pizza is always fresh delicious , especially for the price

Order online. I said I wasn't ready to move back in 5 minutes. I moved and they said they gave my orders to someone else. So I'll wait longer. I came home. Wrong pizzas. I wanted to call. I'm waiting for voicemail.

I?ll start with the good. The pizza was decent and good. Now the bad. First the front door is locked and you have to use the drive thru. We called and placed a large order of pizzas in advance for a party and specifically asked it to be ready at 11:30 AM the day of the party. We were late picking up the food and arrived at 11:50 AM and we?re told it was not ready yet and the girl at the window asked us to pull up and wait. My wife got upset and said it was supposed to be ready at 11:30 to which the drive thru girl promptly closed the window and shook her head. I went and dropped the family off to the party then went back for the food. I asked for the manager who was unwilling to do anything to make it right for our advance order being late. Terrible service no accountability nor willing to take responsibility. Do not go here!!

Horrible wait times, pizzas looked like they were thrown together by a 3 yr old. The drive through is a nightmare. Sat there for 5 min watching 1 employee walk past the window at least 5 times before eventually acknowledging I was there then another 10 min waiting on my order.Food: 3/5
