I ordered 32 pieces of chicken for my family as part of a $90 order to celebrate my mom's birthday, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was informed that someone else had already taken my order! After seeing other reviews, I'm not even shocked anymore. Residents of Murfreesboro, steer clear of the KFC on Memorial at all costs! They have let down so many loyal customers. To make matters worse, they refused to remake my order after it was mistakenly given to someone else and insisted that I contact corporate for a refund (though the corporate staff were very friendly and even offered to file a complaint about the refusal to remake my food). This is absolutely outrageous! I've also ordered from here through Uber Eats and had to wait an eternity, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking they might be short-staffed like many places these days. I will NEVER make this mistake again.

I ordered the original recipe 2-piece dark, and it was excessively greasy—the box was actually dripping with oil. The meat wasn't fully cooked either. If I hadn't been in such a rush, I would have gone back to voice my concerns. Overall, the food was really disappointing that day.

When I expressed my disappointment, I was given soggy, greasy fries and overcooked chicken tenders. I decided to return my order and asked for either a refund or a freshly made meal. After a long wait, the manager sarcastically told me she was sorry I wasn't accommodated.

When I arrived 15 minutes later, I was told not only was my order not ready, but they were completely out of food. I couldn’t get anything from the menu and had to cancel my order. This happened over an hour before closing time. It’s pointless to say you’re open if you can’t provide food until closing. This is completely unacceptable. Now I have to go through a long and complicated process to cancel or get a refund because KFC failed to fulfill my order.
