I placed a $90 order for 32 pieces of chicken to celebrate my mom’s birthday, but when I arrived, they told me someone else had already picked up my order. After reading other reviews, I’m not even surprised. To the people of Murfreesboro: this KFC on Memorial has scammed so many customers. On top of that, they refused to remake my order and made me call corporate for a refund. The corporate team was very helpful and even offered to file a complaint about the store’s refusal to fix the issue. Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve also picked up Uber Eats here and had to wait forever, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking they might be short-staffed like many places right now. I will NEVER make this mistake again.

The Original Recipe 2-piece dark chicken was extremely greasy, with oil dripping from the box. The meat wasn’t fully cooked through. If I hadn’t been in a rush, I would have returned to complain. The food quality from the KFC menu that day was truly disappointing.

When I arrived 15 minutes later, I was told not only was my order not ready, but they were completely out of food. I couldn’t get anything from the menu and had to cancel my order. This happened over an hour before closing time. It’s pointless to say you’re open if you can’t provide food until closing. This is completely unacceptable. Now I have to go through a long and complicated process to cancel or get a refund because KFC failed to fulfill my order.

After seeing other reviews, I'm not even shocked anymore. Residents of Murfreesboro, steer clear of the KFC on Memorial at all costs! They have let down so many loyal customers. To make matters worse, they refused to remake my order after it was mistakenly given to someone else and insisted that I contact corporate for a refund (though the corporate staff were very friendly and even offered to file a complaint about the refusal to remake my food). This is absolutely outrageous! I've also ordered from here through Uber Eats and had to wait an eternity, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking they might be short-staffed like many places these days. I will NEVER make this mistake again.

I ordered the original recipe 2-piece dark, and it was excessively greasy—the box was actually dripping with oil. The meat wasn't fully cooked either. If I hadn't been in such a rush, I would have gone back to voice my concerns. Overall, the food was really disappointing that day.
