No dine in which sucks after an 18 hour drive. Drive thru during the busiest lunch hour. Ordered chicken Littles and they weren't made correctly, missing the mayo and pickles. Also ordered famous bowls but weren't given spoons so we went to the door to get someone's attention and the lady told us no through the window without even asking what we needed. So we had to stand at the drive thru window trying to get someone's attention. They definitely were slacking.
Went in to get a spicy famous bowl as I had one the day prior and enjoyed it. Instead I was served 2 bowls of some type of hot sauce oil soup. Disgusted with what I was served, I walked back in to get it replaced to which the manager argued to tell me, “ that’s the way it’s supposed to look”. After explaining it wasn’t I requested a refund, the original cashier started to do the refund but then the manager told him “ nah they kept their drink so they only getting the bowls back”. If it’s that level of pettiness after they serve inedible food, they are able to keep the $2 drinks .
A quick take out that ended up being NOT very quick. Common theme for this area everytime I stop in to a fast food restaurant my lingering thought ends up being....this would be a great location for a fast food restaurant.Food was fine, staff was friendly, location was easy in easy out.Parking: If parking on outside of lot be prepared 5o be blocked by a slow moving drive thru line.
I place a takeout order online, but when arrived at the store at the scheduled pick up time (6:30pm), the doors to the restaurant were locked. So, I waited 15 minutes in the drive through lane to pick up my food, but when I got to the window I wastold to pull around and wait longer because my food still wasn 't ready. At 7:05pm (35 minutes after the scheduled pick up time),they brought my food to the car, but I was told we ran out of biscuits, so I gave you cookies instead .
