We went through the drive thr... read more It has been over a year since we’ve eaten at a Checkers or Rally’s because of our last visit, but we decided to try again tonight. We went through the drive thru, and a worker came out and began taunting our dog that was in our car. We ordered using the automated voice box, and that frustrating enough, but it messed up our order. When we pulled up to the window to pay, I got the receipt and it looked incorrect. So I asked the cashier if my burger was correct, and she said yes. I did not believe her because it was wrong on the receipt. After we received our food, I pulled into a parking spot and checked my burger, and it was completely wrong. So I had to take it to the walk up window and wait in the cold to have my burger remade. Also, paying $20 for a medium-sized single cheeseburger meal and 1/2lb chicken meal is ridiculous. We will never come back.
