We placed an online order and were told it would be ready in 30 minutes, so we arrived on time. However, when we got there, we were informed it would take another 30 minutes, but they assured us the chicken would be fresh. After waiting more than an hour since placing the order, not only was it incorrect, but the food was also lukewarm and the chicken clearly wasn't fresh. If we were going to receive old food, why did it take so long? I recommend saving your time and avoiding this place, as it will likely be a letdown.
I just left this place. It was my first and last experience at this location. I ordered via app and waited the 8 minutes it said until order was ready. I pulled into drivethru to get my order. They had me go park over in the curb side and they would bring it out to me. 15 minutes later, I went to the window and they said oh sorry, we are waiting on your Mac n cheese it takes 20 minutes to make. That 's terrible for a fast food place. I parked and over 20 minutes later they finally brought out my food. No silverware, missing the kid 's milk and 2 side items!! I would have been ok but the staff were rude and acted like it was my problem that I ordered Mac n cheese. They were just all standing inside around the drivethru window
Employees were rude. Told my family meal would take 12 minutes. Twenty minutes later they come out to the car and ask if I ordered anything??? Showed them my receipt and she acted like she was put off. 40 minutes later i get my meal, chicken dried out, only 1 biscuit paid for 4), the sides were thrown into the bag upside down. The staff were too busy playing on their phones and joking with each other to be bothered. They forgot my ice tea and when I complained they actually slowed their actions in an animated way moving in a slow motion. Beware
My last two visits to this Bojangles location have been terrible, and there won’t be a third. Long wait times, incorrect or missing orders, system outages, understaffing, having to cook the chicken and biscuits myself—there’s always an excuse. Like another review mentioned, this place has really gone downhill since Covid. I think I’ll just drive a bit farther to get a simple chicken biscuit. Hopefully, they improve soon, or this spot will be empty before long.
On November 13, 2022, I arrived at 9:13 AM, but my dine-in order wasn't taken until 9:25 AM. No one came to the front, and it seemed like they were only serving drive-thru customers. After finally placing our order, we realized that our coffee was missing. It took another 15 minutes to get someone to help us with the issue.
