My little family was missing our favorite fro-yo and thought we’d give this chain a try... I haven’t been to this location in many years. This location had a clean interior. Pleasant and attentive staff. I was genuinely surprised with our experience on a dreary Saturday night. It was relatively busy given the hour and location. Bad service. On their phones and didn’t want to get our order. And then had a problem with a toddler having fun being loud. Making comments about it. But The young man working was very kind and took our order with no problem. View all feedback.

Just want to personally shout out the three ladies who helped me on 5/29/22 in the morning time. i had went in wanting a personalized cake not realizing that you would need a 24-48 turn around time for them to customize it. i needed a birthday cake for my bf (lack of planning on my part just forgot) the older woman said she would take care of it and make a new customized cake for me. i came back 30 minutes later and it was already boxed up and ready for me. when i say their customer service is AMAZING, i mean it! the cake was delicious and the experience i had was grand. thank you ladies, i will definitely be back soon!!!
The 2 employees working on 3/20 around 7pm were awesome! they were pretty busy it was just the 2 of them but they both had great attitudes kept things moving smoothly!

Good ice cream but the service is extremely slow and I do not want to give my hard earned money when having to wait over 20 minutes for ice cream. Went down the road to the next ice cream shop and they served us within minutes of being there. Will not go back to baskin robins
