I?ll preface that I love this location? or did. My friend had asked for a water cup but decided to get a different drink instead. Big deal right? It happens all the time and I?ve worked fast food and seen all the time. It doesn?t hurt anyone or sowe thought. The worker was circling around us as we ate them came up to her and berated her stating in a rude tone, ?If you?renot gonna actually get water then you?re gonna have to pay.? In a very insinuating tone that my friend had no money and she saidit loud enough for the whole store. First, you do not talk to a customer like that and two she already had a bad attitudetowards my friends. They wanted to share a bowl because they weren?t that hungry. When they asked for an extra bowl to obviouslysplit it. She gave them a dirty look as to say they had no money. I feel as if the whole situation could?ve been handled a lotmore nicely and we did pay for the drink. We paid after all. It was $3.26 which we paid but the attitude from that worker wasincredulous. She acted as if it was coming out of her paycheck or she was a manager? which she was not. After she has yelled atmy friend, we all lost our appetite and felt very uncomfortable. The only nice worker was the lineman who prepared our food. Wehad manners when ordering and interacting with the workers but were met with a hostile and unsafe environment over a $3 drink.Many other people do the same thing at other establishments and sometimes people do change their mind. But how would you feel asa couple of young teens approached by an older woman who starts yelling at your friend over a water cup? Not only that but as wefinished eating I could hear her berating us with her fellow coworkers. Don?t work in food service if you can?t control youremotions and do your job. We weren?t rude, my friend even responded that she would pay for it right then but the worker juststormed off. I?ll admit we felt a bit threatened. They insisted before we left that we paid for the d
Ordered a couple of bowls for delivery it was a mess. Only one item arrived it was completely wrong. When you try to call the restaurant to straighten out the issue, all you get is an automated system with no option to speak with a human. You justget directed to a phone ordering service to place (and pay for) a new order. I won't be making this mistake again I justcompletely $50 with no recourse to get it back.
First visit to this location, first impression was how clean it was, as we ordered our food I then noticed that every person behind the counter all had smiles on their faces, the food was excellent and I will definitely revisit this location again.
