What Scott Lawrence doesn't like about Pilot Travel Center:
Price of gas is lowest in area.. thats the good thing. Bad : Bitter tired staff run an unorganized business environment. Was only a fair bust day and they had only one cashier. A long line for the subway a long line for woman's bathroom and long linefor gas.. Moving my vehicle way over before going inside, way out of the way and next to a curb. Although staff is friendly the upkeep for diesel Island pumps horrendous out all the pumps maybe 1 worked properly had to drop trailer just to fuel right barrel ......not sure how it's good for business to not maintain product or access for customer

Very dirty, parking lot, store and especially bathrooms. Will be moving on to the Coffee Cup at next exit east..
All pumps are broken i was in pump 24 it was broken then they told to go to 22 just one side is working onlyI will never come back here trans solution 2/25/2023. 15:03
The store was well stocked and clean. The bathroom was also clean and smelling good. However there was a little hiccup in the subway. The guy who toasted my sandwich did great (he had black hair) the cashier however, he put my toppings on. I no longer wanted the sandwich. I threw it out as soon as I got back to my truck. He was not a good listener and he just slong everything on my sandwich very carelessly. It looked gross. Wasted money. Will never be back. As truckers we spend to much money in stores to get this kind of service ?
