Enchilada a la boloniesa con ketchup. No encuentro las palabras para describir está delicatesen. Por no hablar del excelente servicio prestado a los comensales. Volvería una y mil veces más. Espero que este legado se expanda por toda España para poder disfrutar de él muy a menudo. Un saludo.
