We were very disappointed in the service here. The waiter got our order wrong even though we clarified it with him and took our bill as we went to leave raising the amount for wine by 5 euros. The food was just OK. We will not return here and are very upset with the waiter.
The menu offers fine dining options of top quality, we loved all our food. The staff didn't speak much English but they made up for it with friendliness and enthusiasm. We felt right at home. The interior also felt unique and looked very nice. Definitely a recommendation!
I’m loathe to write the review this place deserves as it really is a gem and should stay that way. Zero tourists (except us)...very friendly and marvellous service took us through some superb dishes and wines. The pulpo was a killer starter, deliciously tender with some jammy-type relish to compliment. Hot bread, delicious tomato, olive, tuna and sardine salad followed by a fish shared by four which was sublime. Perfectly cooked and extremely delicious. Another totally one-dish of fried artichokes was sublime. Some smashed potatoes in their skins and mixed vegetables added to the joy. We started with a standard wine but graduated to some recommended better ones...and boy were they good. Stupendous. Cheese, dessert, complimentary brandy and herb liqueur. Simply a joy. Very lovely service too. All for €70 a head including service and three bottles of wine between four. Go there if you can.
Went here for lunch after restaurant we were aiming for couldn't accommodate us. We were 5 adults and 1 toddler, had few tapas and seabass/pork ribs for main everything was really great quality and delicious. Presentation is also nice. Don't have children menu but cooked some chicken and vegetables for our little one (5€ . Paid 160€ for all of us, value for money!
We stopped at this bar/restaurant for some tapas. Were helped friendly and chose a number of small tapas and some smaller dishes. The little fried vegetable croquette and fried shrimp were served with nice sauces and on a nice plate. The slow cooked egg with mushrooms was a very nice combination and well cooked. The fried artichoke was a dish that was great to see and delicious. Both on price as quality we recommend this place. Next time we try the main dishes!
