There is not enough staff and no food ready. We waited over 20 minutes to be served and there was only 3 people in front of us. We was waiting a further 15 minu... read more There is not enough staff and no food ready. We waited over 20 minutes to be served and there was only 3 people in front of us. We was waiting a further 15 minutes for the gravy to come out. The rest of the food was sat on the counter going cold while we waited for the gravy. They continued to serve other people meaning we was pushed aside and our food in front of other customers for the to cough over it. When I complained and said our food was now cold the staff was not interested in the slightest. This is quite normal and it is certainly not fast food. There is always new managers who don't know what they are doing.

We bought a 6 piece bucket with which the chips were so cold and dry we had to take them back and have them replaced with just warm ones. The chicken with the original coating was saturated with oil and looked as if it had been reheated. On the plus side the service was good with friendly staff. We have eaten many KFC's and normally have found them very good so this was a real disappointment.
