Murchison Bakery And Tearooms

Very very nice bakery. Based on my experience last week, I think they deserve a higher overall review score. The lady who served me was absolutely lovely and the chicken and salad roll, apple strudel and hedgehog slice were sublime! The owner/s clearly take pride in their Business. My ONLY criticism is that it is a little more expensive than most bakeries I have visited in rural Victoria. But often you get what you pay for! I will definitely return if in the area.

Large bakery for a small country town, large dining area and array of cakes and slices. Fresh bread and rolls and selection of foccacia fresh or toasted.Friendly staff. Didn't try the pies so can't comment but basic variety available. Pastry was light and tasty. Recommended stop.

We chose Pumpkin, fetta and spinach quiche. They were super delicious and will certainly order them again. Our coffee was good too. Thumbs up....

Beautiful bakery, staff were friendly. Larger than normal selection of deserts too. I had a chicken salad roll yesterday, which was delicious! I will be back. Great job guys.

Is always delicious and busy. Get in early if you want variety. You haven't lived until you've tried their chicken parmigiana pie
