When I feel like eating soba noodles, I always go to Ondori Soba. I usually order both the thin-cut soba noodles and the thick-cut country-style soba noodles. They are really delicious, so I highly recommend them. It's a bit tucked away, but you can find it on Google Maps. It's a wonderful place where you can enjoy clear air and delicious spring water.
Delicious! It's quite delicious, the scent is really nice. Even a dull person like me can tell how good the scent is. After eating, I wanted to go back the next day as well, but I managed to resist. It really leaves a lasting impression. In the end, I ended up going back the next day, spending an hour and a half each way. Now I'm sitting here ready to order and drooling in anticipation of the meal. I'm looking forward to it. This place is definitely recommended, but I hope it doesn't get too crowded since there are few seats. The location is further back than Shichihei Soba. The thinly sliced and thick country soba are both excellent, but I think I prefer the country soba! The texture is amazing, the feeling of swallowing it down is so satisfying. Well, it seems the soba is ready, so I'll excuse myself.
It had been a few years since I last visited, but the taste was consistently delicious. The mixed plate included thin and smooth soba noodles with a rich aroma, and chewy and satisfying country-style soba noodles that packed a punch of soba fragrance. The broth was also flavorful. The side dishes of mushrooms, pickles, simmered mountain vegetables, and boiled fiddleheads were so delicious that I almost considered them the main dish.
