A delicious experience awaits that will change your concept of Genghis Khan cuisine. One of the first places that comes to mind when someone asks where to go for something delicious in Yamagata. A cute bungalow-style restaurant perched on a small hill that can only be reached by car. You can even meet the sheep before they become meat near the parking lot. The selection of drinks is also excellent.

The cheese on the fried potatoes remained crispy until the end, without melting due to heat. If you're hungry, one serving might not be enough, so I recommend getting the course menu. read moreI have never tried eating lamb before, in fact, I had a negative image of it being smelly so I never dared to try it. This time, I had my first lamb experience at Hitsujiya. It was surprisingly not smelly at all, and it was tender and delicious. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere with its log house interior.
read more1週間に1頭の羊からお肉を取っているということで、お肉の量が限られることからほぼ予約必須のようですので予約してからいくことをオススメします。 お肉は柔らかくて臭みもなくとても美味しかったです。 ソーセージも美味しいです。 野菜もとても美味しかったです。 お肉だけの追加オーダーは出来ないようでしたが、貴重らしい国産の羊肉が食べれるという点で評価されるべきなんでしょう。 これまで食べた事のあるジンギスカンというと、がっつりラム肉!羊肉!! 脂でこたこたになった野菜をパクツイてビール! っていう感じでしたがこちらは上品な感じで野菜の上で蒸し焼きにして食べる感じでした。 お肉が沢山食べたいっていうときには、ちょっと違うかなというお店ですのでご注意ください。
