The food is very hearty, and excellent (and yet I have made restaurants in Corsica but this one is unbeatable). Jean-Baptiste is very friendly and warm, all in a magnificent setting. If you go to Corsica, it is a place of passage to taste typical Corsican dishes with local products. Special mention for the wine which is divine. Food: 5
