Great hotel, clean and big apartment, perfect food in the restaurant and nice staff. Parking lot in the hotel building. The hotel is located near the train station and a few minutes' walk from the city center and the lake. If we have the opportunity to come to Locarno again, we will definitely stay here again. Very friendly, hard-working staff, as well as clean and very large room. The rooms are geared more towards seniors. I can 't recommend breakfast, it was very carelessly and simply kept. Tip top für den preis wirklich super hotel komme gerne wieder!
Sehr schlechte Erinnerung an den Aufenthalt im Frühling 2018. Der Balkon war bereits bei der Wohnungsübergabe äusserst dreckig!! Der Balkon wurde auch über die ganzen Tage des Aufenthaltes nie gereinigt! In der Küche befand sich je 1 Kaffeelöffel, 1 Messer, 1 Gabel! Wir waren 2 Personen und haben ein Doppelzimmer gemietet (und bezahlt! . Das Service Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich. Es gab aber Ausnahmen und dieses Service Personal war eine echte Katastrophe äusserst unfreundlich und belehrend! Wir haben am Schluss den Bewertungs Fragebogen ausgefüllt und erwartet, dass die Direktion sich entschuldigt. Eine Entschuldigung haben wir nie erhalten. Somit müssen wir annehmen, wie der Herr so sein Geschirr (Wie der Chef, so sein Personal !! Bedenklich und Schade für das Haus. Wir empfehlen das Haus nicht weiter und werden es nicht mehr berücksichtigen!
We ate very well, the only thing they forgot to put nuts in the dumplings. Finally they gave us a dessert as an apology. The service was very courteous.
