They serve large cocktails and delicious dim sum. My only complaint is that I'm not a fan of the free snacks or the reservation system.

Dining with a view is fantastic, and the atmosphere is lovely. This place truly captures the heart of Delhi, and I love it.

The DJ is consistently go... read more Cirrus 9 is one of my preferred places to go as a suffix to a drinking night in Delhi. It's been a blessing since Oberoi has reopened. The DJ is consistently good and the cocktail list is carefully chosen it doesn't give too many options to confuse the client and yet covers all drink bases including champagne. The view's nice (not that great as some might tell you) its the golf course surrounding most of the perimeter. There can be queues on a weekend night around midnight.

The cocktails were great, the snacks outstanding. And million dollar views all around Delhi. We were fortunate to be there when the weather was pleasant and pollution not too high.
