This was supposed to be the new Neighborhood double cheeseburger. Received this. 1 patty cut in half, no new garlic sauce and 2 pickles??? Fries were ice cold and dry for literally just sitting out forever. Got ripped off from someone that clearly didn't care about my order. Burger was dry and chewy. Which sucks because have always gotten solid quality burgers before. Wasted meal. Only ate the boneless wings View all feedback.
The new double cheeseburger for the neighborhood should be better. I ordered it, and it came as one piece cut in half, without the new garlic sauce and only two pickles. The fries were ice cold and dry, likely sitting out for too long. I felt like I was being ignored by the staff, who didn't seem to care about my order. The burger itself was dry and tough, which is disappointing because I've usually enjoyed their burgers. The only thing I liked was the boneless wings.
I was really looking forward to trying the AYE wings after waiting so long. I went last night and saw a sign indicating that the wait time for the AYE wings would be a bit longer. We placed our order and waited 30 minutes, only to find that the wings were overcooked. When the server brought our plates to the table, we ordered another plate, anticipating we would need more. However, after another 30 minutes, we received just 6 wings. It feels like they intentionally make us wait so we won't eat as many!
Firstly, the waitress informed us that the kitchen was situated behind us, which was an honest acknowledgment. Since we couldn't decide on what to order, we decided to try the sampler platter. However, after waiting for more than half an hour without our sampler, we started to become concerned. Eventually, our food arrived, but the experience was less than friendly. We waited a long time for the appetizer, and in the meantime, the manager took it back, only for the appetizer to finally arrive after we had finished our main meals. Everything was hot, except for the boneless buffalo wings, which were cold. The manager did bring out a new batch, but they appeared darker and overcooked compared to the ones in the picture on the menu. Additionally, the marinara sauce had an unusual taste, and the French fries that were supposed to accompany the sampler were missing, which felt suspicious. I empathize with the staff for being understaffed, but the service was incredibly slow. The server was nice, and they did offer us a 10% discount, which was appreciated, but it felt inadequate given the situation. Moreover, there was a mistake in billing where my friend was charged twice for our appetizers, but that was quickly corrected. I’m not sure if I would return unless I could confirm that they have sufficient staff next time.
Terrible personal. 1. They did not bring out the side that I had ordered for the child's meal of my enkelin, they forgot the side for my daughter (they only ordered kartoffeln brokkoli,) I ordered bourbon road sirloin, had to wait 10min for a knife. the airee brought me two dirty, dirty and greasy knives. he asked for a clean knife and brought me a plastic knife because the dishwasher wants to wash the others....wth! manager came out and did not offer any solution. I just asked what was wrong. here sucks! from the administration down
BUGS. saw a roach, 2 Waterburgs and a spider came down from our table's overhead light. Server wasn't refilling drinks, cooks put a dang handful of pepper on the steamed broccoli for some reason and one of our orders was incorrect.
