I know I'm an American but I speak Spanish and lived in South America. I found the staff here to be rude at best. Perhaps the stereotype is true about Argentinians being snotty. However the food here was incredible. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Bamboo Brasas:
The meat was not edible for 1/3 of the steak. The fries were still raw.The prices are high but the quality of the food was mediocre/bad.It took forever to get the food, and also another forever to get the check. The dessert Creme Brulee was just sugar on top of lumpy sugary mass.We went there because of the good points here on Tripadvisor but would certainly not go back. Misleading. View all feedback.
The place is kind of warm place, the attention was good considering that it was just one waiter for more than 10 tables. The beef was horrible despite the cooking term was OK the meat tough to chew ( not usual in Argentina). I would not recommend this place to anyone.El local es acogedor la atención fue buena a pesar de que había 1 solo mozo y más de 10 mesas. La carne estaba dura a pesar de estar en el punto de cocción requerido muy dura la carne a pesar de que la carne Argentina es Super buena. No lo recomendaría

Friendly atmosphere....Meat was excelente...Meat was tender....Good discounts.... Good place to enjoy meals....
Very pleasant meal for my wife and I. Prompt service, tasty, fresh well presented food. Not cheap eats but not too pricey either.I had a salad with chicken strips as a welcome break from the Argentinian fixation with meat. My wife had salmon salad. Both enjoyed our meals. A couple of musicians wandered the restaurant for half an hour which was entertaining and gave a nice atmosphere.Wait staff cheery and helpful and coped well with our lack of Spanish. A good place to eat.
Made to perfection (medium rare) with pure con garlic, big salad and house wine which surprisingly was young but not bad. Would go there again.
