Sunday evening, boisterous but well behaved crowd drew me in. Two well priced warm up cocktails, then a heaping bowl of Irish lamb stew as a main course. Lamb was tender, carrots were flavorful and potatoes and a lightly seasoned broth completed the meal. Three.. View all feedback.
What Layla Jacobi doesn't like about Molly Malone's:
The pub setting was nice and service was quick. Ordered the chicken curry but was disappointed that it was basically a vegetable casserole with half a grilled chicken breast on top with rice View all feedback.
A very unfriendly place! We arrived yesterday in an almost empty pub and were told on arrival: WE ARE FULL!!…,
Good food, reasonably priced drinks, good selection of whiskeys and scotch. For food I'd recommend the Shepherds pie and for sure the fish and chips. The staff are also really friendly. It can be hard to get a table outside on a summers evening, but...that's because it's popular!

Molly's is about a minute walk from the Hilton Hotel we stayed at last week. Has some outdoor seating which is nice since the weather was cool both nights we were in Munich. I thought their beer/whisky prices were very good. I got a...shot of Oban year old that was about this is a whisky that would cost between anywhere in the US. All their other whiskys were similar in cost so a great value pub if you are a whisky drinker. Beer prices seemed reasonable as well.
Friendly Irish Pub in Munich. Good food, portions were big. Friendly staff. Menus are in English and German, no need to ask for an English menu.
