I used a voucher here. at the arrival we were warmly welcomed and set ourselves, the special board was brought over and presented to us. we both decided to orde... read more I used a voucher here. at the arrival we were warmly welcomed and set ourselves, the special board was brought over and presented to us. we both decided to order pizza with my girlfriend who was a glass wee and me a cola...wheat, they were served fast, but my drink was miscast (coke first), which meant that I had to use my knife to stir it, as otherwise the coke sits on the floor and does not mix. the food came about and the size of the pizza was massiv, they had a nice thin basic and were obviously decorated by hand. the tomato sauce was incredible and the toppings were fresh. it was probably the best pizza that I had in my mouth when I lived here, I will come back with friends and family. the restaurant is clean and well maintained with a cozy atmosphere, very pleasant.

So when we got the bill that charged our voucher, it was ignored. this seems to be the default setting (see also other notes here). the waiter went aggressive and refused any negotiations. he even threatened with the police. the owner was horrified when we wanted to talk to him. embarrassing and not the money and the great amount of angry worth!

On the very fine...print the coupon said to present to server upon arrival. We gave it to our server aboout five minutes after we arrived, one minute after placing order. I was told that since I didn't present it upon arrival that coupon couldn't be honored. Bunch of baloney, but it was late, we were hungry and there were no other restaurants in the area. Turned what would have been a solid four star rating into a star ranking.

We both decided to... read more Went here using a 2 for 1 coupon. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and sat down, the specials board was brought over and presented to us. We both decided to order pizza with my girlfriend taking a glass of wine and myself a cola weizen, they were served quickly but my drink was poured incorrectly (coke first) which meant i had to use my knife to stir it as otherwise the coke sits at the bottom and doesn't mix in. The food took approximately 10-15mins to arrive and the sizes of the pizza's were massive, they had a beautifully thin base and were obviously made skilfully by hand. The tomato sauce was incredible and the toppings were fresh. It was probably the best pizza I have had in Munich in the 1.5years of living here, I will definitely come back again with friends and family. The restaurant is clean and well kept with a cosy atmosphere, very enjoyable.

The Starters were far to cold and tasteless. We ordered vegetable as a sidedish with the fish and didn't get the salad and potatoes that were announced on the menu. We got (and were charged) a second half liter expensive wine we did not order. So when we received the bill charging 120€ our coupon was ignored. This seems to be standard attitude at Lori's (see other comments here). The waiter went aggressive and refused any negotiation. He even threatened with the police. The owner feigned absence when we wanted to talk to him ... embarrassing and not worth the money and the great deal of annoyance!

However I also went for lunch today and had a much worse experience. I ordered a more expensive dish but jo drink. Food was too salty, waiter was very hectic and did not bring the bread and olive oil (maybe cause I didn't get a drink? and at the end I did not feel I need to give any tip so i just waited for my change. He didn't have 2.20 so he gave me 2.50 and said that 30 cents are Trinkgeld from him. This was a 2 star visit, as for the nice terrace. Atmosphere: 5
