Das 5-Gang-Dinner mit Weinbegleitung gehört zur gehobenen Preisklasse, kann man aber wirklich genießen. Das Menu war von hoher Qualität, geschmacklich auf hohem Niveau, jedoch wenig innovativ. Hätte mir hier mehr inspirierte Küche gewünscht. Wein wurde großzügig nachgeschenkt, Service sehr aufmerksam. Lediglich das Timing Hauptgang und Feuerwerk ist dem Kellner nicht gelungen - unserem hervorragenden Niedriggar-Tafelspitz gaben wir den Vorzug, um ihn warm zu genießen und haben so das Feuerwerk verpasst. Dennoch: Ein gelungener Abend.
