We stumbled upon this Bubble tea shop by chance (it is located in a residential area) with fast and friendly service. They offer lactose-free and soy milk options at no additional cost. You can also choose your sugar level, which is not always available everywhere. Some of the drinks can be ordered warm for an extra 0.30€, which is great in the winter. The kiosk also sells a small selection of Asian snacks, including Pocky.
