This restaurant has really declined. They consistently mess up the drinks, and it seems like they don’t care at all. It's 8:46, and the doors are locked. As minimum wage increases, customer service seems to decline. What a disappointment.
I picked up a mobile order and unfortunately, the food had a really off taste, almost like the microwave or heating equipment hasn't been cleaned in months. It was quite unpleasant and really put me off.
Absolutely the worst possible location can go to. Completely unprofessional, I would suggest checking out Panera for coffee much better customer service experience.
Bathroom was gross. Left a tip inside for the coffee and was not even given a half hearted thanks. Good thing I can get coffee anywhere
