Nine months ago they were really not so good! Mongolian beef was all onions. They're back tonight! New chefs? Food was excellent! Mongolian Beef had tons of beef. Not all onions! Egg Rolls are still the best in Lake County. Very recommended! House Fried Reis is excellent! View all feedback.
The best Chinese cuisine in the city!!! My only complaint is that the duck sauce for the egg rolls is different and tastes like apples. I hope they change it one day, but otherwise, I absolutely LOVE this place!
My family and I have been ordering from this restaurant since the early 2000s, and it truly is an outstanding Chinese restaurant! They offer a vast menu that includes a Japanese sushi selection alongside a comprehensive regular menu. We have never had a negative experience here. The food is of high quality, the staff is friendly, and it's definitely the best Chinese restaurant in the area.
Nine months ago, my experience was disappointing. The Mongolian beef was mostly onions. However, I’m happy to report that they’ve made a comeback! It seems they might have new chefs because the food was outstanding this time. The Mongolian beef was loaded with meat and not just onions! The egg rolls are still the best in Lake County, and I highly recommend them. The house fried rice is also excellent!
This is our favorite Chinese restaurant in Mundelein by far! We were so disappointed when they closed the original location early in the pandemic, but the new store opened in late fall. Great food, good prices and dependable fast service.
