Mulan - Muncy
Mulan
Description
This restaurant presents a culinary conundrum, where delightful dishes meet frustrating service. While patrons rave about the delicious food—particularly the scallop, shrimp, and expertly cooked beef and broccoli—concerns about pricing and misleading menu options persist. Decor issues, including a chaotic atmosphere and unwelcoming staff, detract from the overall experience. Some diners enjoy quick service with standout items like egg rolls, while others lament impolite interactions and a lack of customer appreciation. Ultimately, the food shines as the highlight, making this place a mixed bag for potential diners seeking flavorful dishes in a less-than-inviting setting.

Feedback
This restaurant has terrible service, with a rude young woman at the register who makes customers feel like a burden. The Chinese food may not even be what you ordered. I would recommend finding another Chinese restaurant to eat at, even if it means driving a bit farther. I have no intention of ever returning to this establishment. Service: Delivery
I visited this restaurant for lunch and had a very relaxing experience with no crowds. My order was ready quickly and everything I tried was delicious. The best part was that it was reasonably priced. I highly recommend the Egg Rolls and Wonton Soup. The service, food quality, and atmosphere were all top-notch. I would give all categories a 5 out of 5 rating. The average price per person for a meal was between $10 and $20.
The food at this restaurant is delicious, but I dislike having to call in my order and speak to impolite teenage girls. The food receives a rating of 4, while the service and atmosphere both receive a 2.
Their food is good, but yes a little pricey. they won't tell you when you call and order a lunch combo that are charging/serving you a dinner combo, cause they don’t do lunch. I had the beef and broccoli and it was tasty. The broccoli was cooked to perfection, with a little snap to it and not over cooked and soft. I also had the wonton soup, the wontons were okay and had a bit of meat in it but the broth was a little bland, just salty water. The big issue with this place is their decor is just a mess, everything still wrapped in blue tarp, stacked up tables, boxes everywhere. The speaker is obnoxiously loud and credit card machine beeps at volume 11. And not once has the little girl (and/or Mom) working behind the counter ever smiled or looked cheery, it's always an sour demeanor right down to the voice and It's just an unhappy vibe this place puts out. No customer appreciation at at here. But the food is okay and just about the only place in the area you can order decent dishes with vegetables in it.
