I've dined here four times or more, and every single time, I've absolutely loved my meal, no matter what I choose! The atmosphere is charming, and the service is great. The staff genuinely seem happy to be working there. With 2023 being what it is, finding people willing to work isn't easy. I do wish they had more servers so there could be more opportunity for interaction and quicker service. However, I completely understand the situation, and honestly, it’s worth the wait.

Upon entering, the atmosphere was lovely—great decor, clean, and welcoming. We headed to the room that my sister had rented months in advance, and it was adorable. Our waitress was fantastic—really sweet and attentive, making sure our drinks were refilled as needed. Although it took a little while to take our food orders, we understood since it was a Saturday night. However, my main issue was that it took nearly two hours from the time we arrived and everyone was seated until we received our meals. With the reservation made months ahead of time, and considering that 5 of the 20 meals were the same (chicken fingers and fries) and one person only ordered a bowl of soup, there were only 14 actual meals to prepare. Furthermore, the kids’ meals were priced at just under $10 each, which seemed steep given that the portion sizes were quite small—only 4 or 5 tiny chicken fingers and a few fries. I've been to many other pricier restaurants where kids' meals include drinks, so this felt excessive. Additionally, there were no dipping sauces provided for the chicken fingers, which is a basic expectation for kids' meals. If I’m paying that much, it would be nice to see some sauces offered, even if it's just something simple. While some of the food was good, a lot of it didn't meet the quality we expected. The appetizers and kids' meals were served hot, but many of the adult meals came out lukewarm instead of hot, which was disappointing. Normally, I wouldn’t express my frustration so strongly, but given the hundreds of dollars spent, I expected better management oversight. The only person who apologized for the long wait was our waitress. Where was the manager or the owner? When someone reserves a room and pays extra to dine at your establishment, it should not feel like they're the bad guy because of delays and issues. Customer service should never involve blaming the patrons. I sincerely hope that improvements are made for future events and that feedback is taken constructively rather than dismissively. I would have appreciated a better experience than what we encountered.

On the night of the dinner party, we arrived half an hour early. Although I was told we could arrive an hour early, I had to request to be let in, and initially, the staff was reluctant to do so. We ordered drinks and dinner, but it took about two hours for our food to arrive after we inquired about the delay, with everyone in our party waiting for their meals. When the food finally came out, it was cold and lacked flavor. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service we received, from the communication during the booking process to the experience on the evening itself. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS: I regret that my negative review has triggered such an unprofessional response from you publicly. As mentioned earlier, the menu changes were not communicated to us until I reached out directly. Initially, I was told to create a limited menu, and only after I requested a refund—which you denied—did you provide options to serve one type of food to everyone, which was not what we had intended when choosing your restaurant. Furthermore, I only learned about your $50 cakeage fee after booking, which should have been disclosed beforehand, particularly given the number of extra fees you have. The email exchanges took an excessively long time for what should have been a straightforward room booking. We arrived early, and our family members followed suit, all being seated at the same time shortly after our arrival. When we ordered, our waitress was wonderful, but I must note that even the bartender was surprised that our meals were still not ready after two hours. Sadly, the food was either cold or barely warm, and many guests found it flavorless. I have enjoyed your food in the past, but this was not the case on Saturday. Not once did anyone apologize for the lengthy wait for our meals, especially considering that we had a party of 20, many on the same bill. Your establishment was aware of our dinner party well in advance and should have been better staffed to accommodate us in a timely manner. I apologize if you feel strongly about my review; that was not my intention. I hoped for an apology since it has been several days without one, or perhaps some feedback to improve your services, as this was a significant letdown on our wedding day. Wishing you a great day.

Excellent food and wonderful service. Really interesting atmosphere. Cocktails are a 10/10 for me. Can't wait to go back to try more of the menu!

The food was great had great flavor, although could have been hotter. The waitstaff was great, very attentive….There was no music when we were there, but it was hard to hold a conversation, because of the verbal noise.
