I cannot thank the team of norton house enough. not only that they our intimate kovid high time last year, they also with our high-time anniversary this year. all our guests took care of our buffet and loved the venue. if they plan a high time in swansea norton house, the place to go View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Norton House:
Served myself and my vegan husband products containing dairy despite us asking for confirmation that they were vegan, contacting the hotel prior to the stay and on the way into the breakfast. Only realised we had been served dairy when I became unwell afterwards. Still awaiting on an apology when this happened in August. Would not recommend to anyone with dairy allergy as it would not be safe to eat here. View all feedback.
Absolutely disappointing. Cannot really comprehend the very good reviews. Our room, especially the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The floor was dirty and hairs from former guests were on the floor. The whole complex would need a facelift. The breakfast was nothing really special. The tables were not properly cleaned and the cutlery dirty.
Lovely hotel. Very pleasant and attentive staff. Really beautiful food. Very enjoyable breakfast. I love fish but never had Megrim before, really well cooked, well balanced flavours throughout the dish. Chef also served two complimentary small starters. Lovely and really made my stay. Thank you so much
I booked a room for one night with my daughter and we had a great time. The room was clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was excellent, as was the service. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning in the future.
Wonderful bistro lunch with great service
Beautiful hotel located just a 2-minute walk from the promenade and sea. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable with all necessary amenities. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Mumbles as it is conveniently located near shops and restaurants.
