Great meat locker with a good selection. I especially like the Garlic German Sausage and the snack meat ends. The hamburger meat is some of the best quality I’ve found. My family has shopped at Stroot’s since I was a kid. The meat can’t be beat. The only recommendation is give is that they could be a little more friendly to customers. Poor customer service, only give back parts of your animal, keeping what they want, and when you call about missing items they say it was not there. For example, I had 2 hogs butchered. I had two hogs butchered land of February when I receive my money there was no liver no heart no bacon of the Four Hands I only received two ham hocks I called the very next morning and was told the livers were bad they had to throw them away they didn't know what happened to the heart they told me there was only two ham hocks on my 4 ham..

The ONLY places to buy German garlic breakfast sausage. This is a down home Kansas meat locker! Sign on the front door said Take deer to the back door.
It never fails. The butchers that take your deer are always unpleasant. I can’t remember the last time I had a friendly encounter with one of the butchers. If you’re a deer hunter, I would recommend you take your deer elsewhere. Also, it’s known that you are not getting your own deer back when you pick up your meat.
I only buy my meat from here from now on. The bologna is gormet! Check the jalapeño beef sticks too amazing!
