Luciano's
Description
Nestled in a small town in Kansas, this Italian restaurant garners mixed reviews, yet many patrons hail it as a culinary gem worth the drive. Diners rave about the fresh, high-quality ingredients and impeccable service, praising attentive staff who anticipate needs. However, a few experiences marred by over-seasoning—particularly excessive salt—detract from the allure, leading to disappointing dishes that overshadowed the flavor. Guests recommend making reservations and suggest the chef refine the seasoning to enhance the overall dining experience. With delightful ambiance and excellent wine selection, this restaurant continues to capture hearts, albeit with room for improvement.

This is the best Italian restaurant you'll find in the Midwest and SO worth the drive. Everything they serve is an exquisite experience where the natural flavors shine. No overly seasoned cover for sub-par ingredients, but fresh, high quality ingredients cooked spectacularly. Quality wine selection and loved the ambiance. Service was on point, as everything we could've needed was taken care of before we needed it (thanks Amy! . Well worth the drive, just plan ahead and call for reservations. Don
This place is great. I don’t typically like Italian restaurants, but I really enjoyed this place. I ate here on a holiday and ate some high quality seafood. It was a special, so I’m not sure if it’s served regularly. I highly recommend though!
This was our first time at your restaurant I've been in mulvane several times we came in from Wichita for my sister's birthday. We had an excellent time the food was very good and our waitress was superb our waitress was Jocelyn and she was very very good. She even gave us some places to go see in mulvane and explained about some of them that was very very helpful.

We weren’t super impressed with the lobster ravioli as there was barely any filling and the ravioli itself was crunchy in places (where there was no Filling). The steak lacked flavor. It tasted like it was flash fried in a skillet with maybe a dash of salt. It’s really hard to communicate with
We had the 5 course meal and my daughter had the salmon. The service was superb. One gal sat us outside then helped us move since the sun was in my eyes. The gentleman waiter was quick to check on us fantastic at explaining each meal. A 3rd gal (I believe the owner's wife) even came out to tell us that if the flies were too bad that she had a table inside and socially distanced for us. She went over how my daughter's main dish normally comes out with ours but that she'd be watching us eat the … – show
