The Enchanted Kitchen - Mullinavat

Mullinavat be a small village but this stylish restaurant with superb Thai food and homemade desserts could compete with the best Thai restaurants anywhere. In the middle of the village with a large car park at the back. Great takeaway food as well.

The place was very inviting , it was also spotless and so was the toilets,Staff were very friendly and polite .I hAd the Green curry and ribs both were spot on .in the chef’s specials,they could offer a little more original Thai food from their home region .

We are road tripping through Ireland and got to our Air BnB late and didn't get a chance to stop for dinner on the way. We asked our host for dinner recommendations and The Enchanted Kitchen was the first place he named before moving on to other options. His only caution was that the portions can be hard to eat in one sitting if you're eating in so he recommends doing takeaway. My wife isn't a big fan of Thai food but the idea of something hot that we could bring back to our lodgings while we relaxed was appealing. We drove the couple miles to the restaurant and ordered some Pad Thai, Chicken with cashew nuts, and the BBQ ribs. The other couple we were with got the Pad Thai and Beef Oyster along with the fried noodles. Everything was amazing and my wife, who claims not to like Thai food, demolished her whole container of the Pad Thai. The food was well seasoned and fresh. I wish we could get Thai like this at near to our home. If we were staying longer we'd be back for more.

Hidden gem in an unexpected location. From the area and have dined here twice. Good service on both occasions, in a setting that’s clearly been well invested in. Delicious courses with fresh ingredients (some of the nicest home-made satay sauce I’ve tasted). A place to keep calling back to.

We were here today. Had a lovely Massaman curry and my husband had the Red Thai curry. Really generous meal. We can't complain.
