My recent visit to The Enchanted Kitchen was disappointing. The fries were overcooked, and the spring rolls were burnt. Even though I was very hungry, I didn’t enjoy the meal. I have eaten here before, and the food was usually tasty with generous portions. The Beef Stroganoff was disappointing as it did not come with the mashed potato as listed on the menu. The waiter also did not inform us of this. The floor was sticky and dirty, and we had to wait a long time for our food despite the restaurant being empty, suggesting they may focus more on takeout orders.
The husband of the owner is extremely rude and makes dining at this restaurant uncomfortable. He often stands by your table, staring while you eat. The food is usually good, but after a recent unpleasant experience, my partner and I have decided not to return. His behavior ruins the overall dining experience. We felt very uneasy and hesitant to say or do anything due to his unpredictable temperament. His disrespectful communication style is shocking. While his wife does a fantastic job in the kitchen, he seems to be harming the business with his behavior. It's surprising that they have managed to stay open. This was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had.
The customer service was shocking. When we asked for a table for 3, we were told it was not a good time. We left feeling speechless and very disappointed.

Amazing Thai food. First time trying. We ordered Thai green curry and Panang curry. Substantial and full of flavour. Will definitely return. Prefer this Thai now over any options in Kilkenny city or Waterford
