What User doesn't like about William Heritage Winery:
I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially since we’ve only been here for six months. They asked if we could sit outside, but there wasn't a single person out there, as it had just rained and everything was wet. We told them that wouldn’t work for us. While I understand being strict about not allowing loud guests, our baby isn't noisy yet. The staff's rudeness was really disappointing. View all feedback.

The outdoor area surrounded by vines is fantastic, and the new indoor patio offers a lovely setting to enjoy wine flights and wines by the glass! As long-time wine club members, we've never been let down by their selection. Whether you prefer sweeter wines or lean towards drier varieties, there’s something here for everyone! Heritage adapted wonderfully during the pandemic, hosting enjoyable virtual wine tasting events and offering gift cards as an alternative to in-person tastings.
What a charming atmosphere to enjoy a wine flight tower on a beautiful patio! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Treveddi (I apologize if I've misspelled the name) and Megan. Thank you for a wonderful midday break with my husband!
I'm a huge fan of their white wines! The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I recommend ordering a chilled bottle of white, complete with a bucket of ice, and enjoying some good music. If you enjoy sweet wines, try the flight—it’s the most affordable option. Just a heads up: don’t go there on an empty stomach! You can grab a nice double espresso next door to satisfy your cravings.
The wine itself was enjoyable, but the service was only mediocre. Our group of nine was seated at a table near the window, and when we asked if we could move the tables a bit closer to accommodate our gathering, we were told that it wasn't allowed. When we attempted to order more food around 5:30, we were informed that the kitchen had already closed, despite our reservation lasting until 6 PM. Shortly before that time, we received a text notifying us that our time was up and to please prepare to leave. In the two hours we spent there, we spent around $300. While the winery is beautiful, it feels quite unwelcoming and lacks a sense of kindness or accommodation for its guests. This visit was particularly significant for me, as we were gathering to commemorate the one-year anniversary of my husband's passing, and I did not want to be alone. Overall, I left feeling very disappointed with this winery.
