My partner and I stopped at this restaurant while traveling through the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and provided us with great recommendations. The homemade clam chowder was delicious! We also tried the Western burger and fish and chips, both of which were excellent. Our cocktails were also superb. What User doesn't like about Horseshoe Grill:
the service was good to start the descent from there. no gables, can not get serviettes until this comes to eat, so that table wet is made of glass drink. Service people seem a little wounded to try to multi-task support bar deliveries instead of g care customers question. then made of beer, then made of co2. two semi-glasses with flat beer. I visited this restaurant at night with some friends, and although the service was slow, the staff were all friendly. It was frustrating to have to ask multiple times for them to come to our table. When it was time to leave, I regretted not checking the bill more carefully, as we were charged for an extra drink that we did not order. There were also other discrepancies on the bill that should have been caught by the waitstaff. This has happened on previous visits with a group of 3 to 5 people. The staff are friendly and the food is great, but incidents like this make it hard to want to return. I will make sure to check the bill more closely in the future and alert my group to do the same. While I take responsibility for not checking the bill thoroughly, the slow service and inaccuracies on the bill are concerning. If I do decide to return, it will be with caution.

This is a fantastic place! The service that the bartender Susan gave us was beyond anything we could hope for! They go above and beyond here and the other bartender Sarah was also phenomenal! Those two are keepers! Highly recommend for a good time the horseshoe.

Really good food. The fried chicken takes a few extra minutes to cook, but it is so worth it.

On Saturday night at the restaurant, it was the busiest I have ever seen it, and I am a regular customer. A friend of mine informed me that one of the servers was new, but I must say that both the new girl and the regular young lady who works there did an outstanding job! They went above and beyond for me and my friends, providing professional, friendly, respectful, and humorous service. Despite the place being extremely busy, these two servers were better than ever before. I was very impressed by their hard work and dedication to making everyone happy.
