The barbecue spot was fantastic! I ordered the ribs with collard greens and green beans as my sides, and it also came with a side of cornbread. The meal was filling and everything was excellent. Can't wait to go back and try more items from the menu.

I wanted to eat for my Hubby. Ribbons, Limas and Okra and tomatoes. He said my Okra and tomatoes were still his favorite, but he enjoyed the ribs and whims. So happy to have great Carter's BBQ closer home. Good luck, Johnny.
Meat, green beans and Mac cheese. Fantastic. Just suggestion would be Sauce on the side. They poured a little too much for my taste. Apart from that, bbq perfection.
Tried Carters for the first time Friday night and loved it so much we came back for more on Saturday!
Excellent ribs, the ribs were cooked exactly correctly, nothing like some of the other so-called bbq restaurants.
Meat was tender, sauce amazing..staff so friendly.
