My husband loves carbonara pasta and as the brother and sister team are from Rome we were hopeful for an authentic experience. Our expectations were far exceeded as the chef, Gaia is very talented at making pasta dishes. The menu is limited but I can assure you, if you love pasta and want the best, this is the place!!
