Sol De Mexico - Mukwonago

To dinner tonight. Server was very friendly and fun! Food was excellent! We started with Nachos, they were huge! The margaritas were fabulous, I had a mango and it was perfect, not excessively sweet! Hubby had a lime margarita and loved it too! Then I created my own from the ala carte menu. I had a crushed beef chimichanga, a shrimp quesadilla a seafood enchilada! Chimichanga was great! The Quesadilla was good, but they use the baby shrimps in them that I don't have a big fan of. The seafood enchilada had the red sauce on her, which was mild, but good, again the baby shrimps had, but they were ok in these! The Nabeby had the Taco plate with three hard bowls of beef Tacos, they were delicious! He also loved the written beans and said the rice was just okay. All in all can not wait to try and retrieve more items, our server was great!

That was our second time to eat here. Their tacos are above average and definitely good, but far from excellent. One reason for me is that they have lengua Tacos that are not available in too many places; they were very good. My wife and another couple showed up here last night. I had a record of Tacos and my wife had a chicken dish; the other couple had Fajitas and Steak Tacos. My tacos were all good. I had a chorizo, shredded beef, Lengua and Steak Tacos. The chorizo, shredded beef and lengua were all standouts. Rice and beans were decent, but not writing at home.

In the last minute due to the weather we had to move our baby shower party and they were able to accommodate 35 people, and the staff, food and banquet room was perfect. Very nice staff and our baby shower were a success. We were very happy. I have compliments from family and friends that the food was really good. We had beef and chicken tacos, cheese quesadillas and chicken chimichanga

Very friendly waiting staff. They always smile. I think more than anything is holding us back. Good food at a reasonable price. Clean. A hidden jewel.

The food was excellent as was the service. My family and I had reserved a table ahead of time for our group and were able to be tucked away in a separate section of the dining room, allowing for a little bit more privacy.
