As I was unsure about the concept of veganism in Vietnam, I double-checked with the staff to confirm that their vegan options did not contain any dairy or eggs. They assured me that they did not. I ordered a falafel salad without dressing and a sweet pastry without the glaze, making sure everything else was vegan. The staff was accommodating and ensured my meals were prepared according to my specifications.
